Competitor Practice Phone Analysis

Oftentimes, we are asked what other competing practices are experiencing and how they might compare. By definition, competition is a business relation in which two or more parties compete to gain customers. Given the number of inquiries, we thought, "Why don't we find out?"

We are now offering a “Competitor Analysis” which will enable you to learn what specials your competitors are currently offering, compare prices, customer service skills, and much more ($349 per report or $35 per call).

Learn firsthand what your competitors are doing so that you can provide an advantage to gain more customers.

Day 1 of My Blog

Alright, so I've been reading "What Would Google Do?" by Jeff Jarvis and the book made it clear to my that I need to start my own blog. Thanks for the recommendation by Michael Dobkowski at Glacial www.glacial.com (my web design and SEO friends).

Today is day 1 of my blog, so here's a little bit about me. My name is Dylan Kemna. I am the Director or Sales at Opticall, Inc www.opticall.com. We provide lead conversion services (phone handling, phone training, and web-based lead tracking) for elective surgeons. I am originally from Ohio and alumni from The Ohio State University. I moved to Colorado 5 years ago, primarliy because of my passion for outdoors and snowboarding. I really "dig" social media more than most people...I guess you could say it makes sense to me. You can connect with me on the following: www.linkedin.com/in/dylankemna, www.twitter.com/dylankemna, www.myspace.com/dylankemna, and I'm also big into facebook (no URL yet, why do that do that?).

I guess we'll see where this blog goes. I'll try to keep a mix between fun stuff, work, interesting articles, ...

Thanks for tuning in!
